Rabbi Yitzchok is a Tana buried in the Ohel of the Rashbi in Meron, right after the inner courtyard entrance. While the actual kever is in the cave under the building, it is represented by a Tzion directly above, similar to Rebbe Shimon and Rebbe Elazar.
