Rabbi Amram Chasida was born in 1790 and was appointed as the chief rabbi of Urisha at age 24. Six years later he was appointed as rabbi of Moud. He was known for his piety and righteousness, earning him the title 'Chasida'. Right before his passing  Rabbi Amram Chasida made a complete blessing including the name of Hashem 'blessed is the one that illuminates to his servants from the light that was concealed from the six days of creation".
