Lamentation for the distruction of the Temple recited in middle of the night by Jews. Tikkun Chatzot is very stressed in amoungest Breslov Hasidim and is recomended by Rebbe Nachman even for simple laymen.

Rabbi Yisroel Odesser recomended waking up and lighting a candle for those that are two weak to recite the entire Tikkun.
