Parashat Nitzavim is the 8th Parsha in the Book of Devorim. It contains 40 pesukim. For the Haftorah the section of 'Sos Usis' from Yeshayahu 61 is read.

29:14 Those that were present and those that were not present. All the souls of future Jews including all future converts were present at the time, just like they were at the Giving of the Torah.^[1]
