Rebbe Shmuel ben Rebbe Yossi was a fourth generation Tana, son of the famous Tana Rabbi Yossi Haglili and brother of Rabbi Eliezer ben R' Yossi Haglili. He is mentioned once in the Talmud Yerushalmi.
