Rabbi Yitzchok is a Tana buried in the Ohel of the Rashbi in Meron, right after the inner courtyard entrance. While the actual kever is in the cave under the building, it is represented by a Tzion directly above, similar to Rebbe Shimon and Rebbe Elazar. At almost all times the small room of the Tziyun is kept locked up by the management that tries to control the tomb of the Rashbi, forcing people to do Shticha on its exterior door.
Identity
Most people assume that this is the same Rebbe Yitzchak that is often mentioned in the Zohar who passed away on the same day as Rebbe Shimon bar Yochi. This however can not be true since the Arizal states clearly that Rabbi Yitzchok from the Zohar is buried in [[Wadi Amud Safed}Wadi Amud]].
