Rabbi Yochanan ben Nuri
Rabbi Yochanan ben Nuri was a third generation Tana living during the 1st and 2nd centuries. He was a student of Rabban Gamliel, Rabbi Chalafta and Rabbi Eliezer be Hurkanus. An older friend of Rabbi Akiva, he often argued with him regarding Halacha. Rabbi Yochanan ben Nuri is quoted around 40 times throughout the Mishana.
Rabbi Yochanan ben Nuri is well know for his opinion that rice can turn into a state of complete Chametz and can be prohibited from the Torah on Pesach and at the same time can be used to create Matza if done properly.
 Kever Rabbi Yochanan ben Nuri
Based on the loose testimony of a single early visitor to the Kever, Yisroel Meir Gabbi and Ohali Tzadikim mark the approximate location of Kever Rabbi Yochanan ben Nuri in Tiberias in a small cave right near the traditional cave of Rav Kahana or according to them; Rav Ami and Rav Asi.
